From basements and loft conversions to forming private access between new basements via a tunnel we are able to deliver our client’s visions whilst making the build process as unobtrusive as possible.

Anthony Nicholls BCs (Hons)

A qualified quantity surveyor, Anthony has been in property for over 20 years and works closely with clients heading the client liaison side of the business.

His experience as a quantity surveyor enables him to understand the needs of the project including pricing, challenges, sequencing costings and the processes of the financial and practical sides. Anthony is able to red flag any issues early on in any project, saving clients time and alleviating frustration.

John Hoddinott

John has over 20 years’ experience in the building trade working on site and project managing. John’s passion for restoration began by studying furniture restoration & conservation at Rycotewood College, followed by construction management at The University of Reading.

John then entered the world of renowned craftsmen and consultants in the repair and restoration of historic timber framed buildings through his work with the likes of McCurdy and Co. and Boshers Cholsey Ltd. This was when John honed his talent for contract management, successfully managing multiple projects, including historical restoration and new build projects simultaneously.

His sensitivity to the history and beauty of original materials, coupled with his knowledge and experience in modern construction techniques and materials gives John an understanding of clients’ desires for bringing beautiful buildings back to life, whilst ensuring their longevity.
