Specialists in Contemporary Design

It is possible to marry contemporary design with a listed or older building using sympathetic design and building techniques. We have experience in adding basement and side extensions to create modern looking new spaces to existing houses as well as refurbishing buildings to give them a contemporary look. Using bespoke features and fittings we can catapult the look and feel of a house from the 1960’s to the 2020’s.
Because we have a broad portfolio of projects and a wealth of experience, we can deliver the visions of our clients and their design teams. Each project is unique and HNB cannot only complete the build, but we can either source or make those bespoke finishing touches required.

HNB carried out seamless restoration work to the brick facade of our listed 18th-century cottage, along with garden terrace repointing and retaining wall repairs. We find them considerate, professional and thorough, with an emphasis on doing a job properly to a high standard. Works were completed to time and on budget.
