When it comes to country house estates, one of the elements we are often contracted to work on is the addition of guest or staff accommodation.

Taking guest/staff accommodation out of the main house allows you to keep it separate, meaning your home can remain more private.

You may add an extra accommodation option because you need the space or because you have an outbuilding you don’t have other ideas for. These additional accommodation spaces can be great for family visits or even as an extra income stream if you want to let this section of your property out.

Some clients also like to convert their outbuildings into offices or studios, which can be great if you often work from home or run your own business.
